Confirmation of Termly Bookings Gym Stars Classes / Development / Competitive Squads. 

I confirm I will forward the termly payment once the booking is placed. (Places are not secure until both the form is completed and payment must be received within at time of booking via the system or by BACS, or if paying by cash within 24 hours of booking. If you have paid online your child's place is secure immediately. Priority places are offered to current members, after the closing date places will then be open to gymnasts on the waiting list. SGA Operate a No Refund Policy. Bookings are for the whole terms classes, no refunds for cancellations during the current term. Please ensure your child wishes to continue with gymnasts before signing up for the course. 

New members require SGA Club Membership 2025 set up fee adding to the class fees if joining after January.

Terms & Conditions of Holiday Camp / Gym Fun Bookings

I confirm I will forward the holiday camp payment within at time of booking if paying by BACS or through the Class for Kids system or within 24 hours if paying by Cash. (Places are not secure until the payment is received) If you have paid online your child's place is secure immediately. Any unpaid bookings will be removed from the system to open up the place for another gymnast.

Bookings are accepted on a first come first served basis.

4 years olds must be in full time education born August 2019 or earlier for independent classes.

Bookings are for the full course duration, not individual days unless the camp is an individual session.

If there are insufficient numbers, sessions may have to be changed or cancelled, you will be notified in advance and refunded in the case of course cancellation or swapped to an alternative camp.

Booked places may only be cancelled if there is sufficient notice, at least 4 weeks before the camp and if the place can be filled. Refunds will not be issued, however if the place is taken by another gymnast we will offer a credit for a future camp / termly booking. BAGA membership & Platform fees can not be refunded.

All participants must be members of British Gymnastics if attending more than 2 holiday camp sessions. Please follow this link to register your child - https://www.british-gymnastics.org/memberships All gymnasts must be a member of British Gymnastics to participate at the club. It is the parents responsibility to ensure the gymnasts British Gymnastics membership is current.

All participants must arrive wearing suitable clothing - Leotard or Close Fitting Shorts / T-Shirt & bare feet. No leotards with skirts, trousers or items with buttons / zips. Hair must be tied back neatly using soft bobbles & no jewellery including earrings must be worn. A jumper can be worn to warm up in.

Please bring a drink, only water is allowed in the gym.

Gymnasts must bring the following: A drink of water in a named bottle, a bag to put all belongings in including shoes, slip on shoes if possible, personal hand sanitiser.

All gymnasts must be supervised by an adult until the session begins and picked up from the gymnasium by an adult promptly at the end of the session. Please use the socially distanced drop off and collection areas.

General Terms & Conditions of Booking

  • Payment – Cash, BACS or Card Payments Only. Please complete the booking and forward payment at time of booking or within 24 hours if making payment by cash. Please forward the correct amount in cash in a sealed envelope marked with the gymnasts name & class. All cash payment must be checked and authorised by a club manager. 
  • SGA Operate a No Refund Policy. Bookings are for the whole terms classes, no refunds for cancellations during the current term. Please ensure your child wishes to continue with gymnasts before signing up for the course. Any Cancellations during the term must be submitted in writing with the relevant notice paid, if there are any outstanding fees an invoice will be forwarded to you at the start of the following term, to be paid within 14 days.
  • All participants must be a member of British Gymnastics, this is payable upon joining and must be renewed annually. This is a non-refundable membership. If payment is not made and membership lapses unfortunately members cannot participate until membership is paid and processed. British Gymnastics Membership is payable direct to British Gymnastics not the club. Please follow this link to register your child - https://www.british-gymnastics.org/memberships It is the parents responsibility to ensure the gymnasts British Gymnastics membership is current.
  • All participants must be a member of SGA 2025. The club membership is included in the Jan term fees and lasts from Jan 2025 - Dec 2025, this is a non-refundable membership. Annual SGA Membership - £20, £15 (Pre School), £10 (Newby Early Birds) – For new members this is reduced depending upon the term they join and will be added via the class for kids system as an additional setup charge. When an item of club kit is included the annual membership fee is £25 / £20 (Pre School), £15 (Newby Early Birds) this also applies to new members joining the club for the first time. An item of club kit will not be included every membership year.
  • Depending upon the term the following may be included in your fee total: Optional £2 Donation to the SGA Fundraising Committee which helps towards new exciting apparatus for all to use. £10 administration fee for late payments, (this will be added via the system after the final due date for current members only). £5 British Gymnastics / SGA Proficiency Award / Christmas Award. Please note: There may be an additional charge for some proficiency awards for example awards which include a medal or new proficiency awards.
  • Classes / Days / Coaches / Times, may be subject to change. The cancellation of classes may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. The sessions may be replaced at an alternative day / time or delivered in an alternative format such as the SGA online Gym Stars at home program. Considering the circumstances of closure the most appropriate delivery format will be decided by the club, this decision will apply to all club members and is not changeable. All members will be notified of any changes as soon as possible. 
  • Gymnasts are encouraged to purchase a Club leotard or boys kit after one terms membership (except Pre-School & Adults). This will be worn during weekly sessions, club competitions and displays. : 
  • Late Payments - Any bookings after the final due date will be charged the additional £10 administration fee. Please add this into any payments sent after the due date, late payments without the admin fee will not be accepted, unless previously authorised by the club managers. Please note this charge is not deductible from the fee total, this charge will added via the booking system after the closing date.
  • After the final booking date any available places will be offered to gymnasts currently waiting for a place or will be open to the public. Please note that gymnast’s places are not guaranteed after the due date has passed, please contact the club to confirm that your child’s place is still available before paying and sending your child. Gymnasts will not be permitted to participate in sessions until outstanding fees / late payment fees have been paid in full. 
  • Please note, if you are not re-registering for the next term, the club requires Four term time weeks notice for recreational gymnasts / 8 weeks for competitive gymnasts. (Four / Eight weeks of usual fees will be payable). In order to avoid paying additional fees, it is best to inform the club of any cancellations during the current term. Cancellations must be submitted in writing & the relevant notice should be given prior to cancelling the place. If there are any outstanding fees, we will forward an invoice to you to be paid within 14 days. Any outstanding fee’s which remain unpaid after the due date will incur an administration charge of £5.00 for each additional reminder. Gymnasts wishing to re-join the club after an un-notified cancellation or who have incurred any outstanding fees, must pay any outstanding fees before re-joining / participation is permitted.
  • Participation & Membership Fees will be due during the following months. Fees will be reviewed termly and may be increased if necessary in line with increased overheads. The booking system will display any up to date prices each term. Approximate dates are shown, these may vary depending upon the timing of the terms. The exact dates will be detailed on the termly re-registration info.
  • Winter Term: Jan – March / April – Fees Due Nov / Dec (previous year).
  • SGA Membership: – (Jan – Dec) – Fees Due Nov / Dec (previous year).
  • Spring Term: April – July – Fees Due March.
  • Autumn Term: Sept – Dec – Fees Due June / July.
  • BAGA Membership: – Due June / July with Winter Term Fees.

  • Recreational Class Fees are: 
  • 45 Min Sessions - £7.50
  • 1 Hour Sessions - £8.00
  • Newby Early Birds - £5.75
  • Trampoline Sessions - £8.00
  • 1 Hour Adult Class Drop In - £8.50
