⭐ Somersault & Twisting Development Camp ⭐️ Join us for a focused session dedicated to Somersault Development. Gymnasts will be grouped by age and ability, working on front and/or back somersaults depending on their previous experience. The session will include a range of progressions and apparatus stations designed to support learning the full skill, while more advanced gymnasts will have stations aimed at developing technique, shape, twisting and multiple somersaults. ⭐️ Who Can Attend - Gymnasts must be aged 6+, or younger if they currently train in an SGA development group 2+ times per week, and must meet the camp requirements. ⭐️ Minimum Skills Required - Gymnasts should be able to perform: - A rebound jump on a Trampette or springboard - A forward roll and backward roll. If you’re unsure whether this session is suitable, please speak to an SGA coach or email info@scarboroughgymnastics.co.uk for guidance.
